Geri did an excellent job with selling our home. Geri was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process thoroughly. She always kept us informed on the progress of the sale. Geri went above and beyond what was expected of her! She had an open house right away and even baked cookies for it. Geri is also very good with staging a home, she assisted me when I was not sure where something should go or how to display certain items. Geri was always available if we had any questions, whether it was day or night. Geri was very dedicated to us from the day we first met with her all the way through to the closing of our home. We are repeat customers of Geri for a reason. She is truly fantastic and sets the standard all other realtors wish to attain. She is personable, communicative, prompt, respectful, fun to work with, and above all honest. Long story (kinda) short but, I was out of town when my wife found a house that checked 98% of our want list. Knowing how swiftly houses on the market can move she set up a showing to see if would suit our needs. It did. After some discussion, and an additional showing, my wife and I decided to move forward and write an offer to purchase. Being that I was out of town and was unable to physically see the home I called Geri to get her opinion. This is where being able to trust your realtor is imperative.
