I worked with Geri in September, 2020 to sell my home. She carefully listed the many recent upgrades I had done and even provided some minor repairs and bought a new kitchen chandelier. She priced my house above local comps. Yet, I had an offer the 1st day; significantly above my asking price. I'm very happy with Geri. She is a great realtor and a very caring person. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

We had the absolute BEST experience selling and buying our homes. We had lived in our home for 46 years and didn't have a clue to how to go about buying a home when we didn't want to be rush into a house because ours sold and now we had to find one fast. Geri put us at ease immediately and said she was sure we'd find a house for us in the area we wanted. I wasn't so sure about that but we did and we love love love our new house. She also told us we could look and move before we even put ours on the market. That was such a relief to us. We both just love Geri....she's so funny, kind, knowledgeable, caring, respectful and sooooo professional. You can get ahold of her anytime and she always responds. I can't say enough how much she made our experience so perfect. We're going to miss our interaction with her because she's like part of our family now.

Both my Fiance and I loved having Geri are our realtor. As first time homeowners buy a house can be very stressful but Geri was there every step of the way bringing encouraging thoughts and always sharing her advise. As anyone who has ever moved or purchased a property before knows, it can be a very challenging and stressful time. It is even more stressful and emotionally draining when you are selling a home that you built, raised your family in and created many wonderful memories. We chose to downsize to a smaller home with less upkeep. This was a decision in the making for the past three years. Luckily we had Geri along the way helping us through this process. One thing that is just exceptional about Geri, is that she is so calm and understanding and helps you through this life altering transition. She also is extremely responsive. Any time we reached out to her with a question or concern she would respond almost immediately either by phone, text or email. At certain points we would be concerned that the deal could fall through. She was always reassuring and informative helping to relieve our fears. She was never pushy or trying to make decisions for us but rather gave us the options and information we needed to make our own decisions. Thank you Geri and Shorewest Realty. Geri helped us siblings thru the process of selling our folks house after they moved into a senior assisted living apartment. A family home with sixty-four years of memories and stuff . Geri definitely gets 5 stars from me! She was fabulous in getting my house sold quickly for a great price during a difficult time in our family's life. She continues to be wonderful in assisting myself in looking for a house. I have an erratic schedule and she is always very flexible in being available in showing houses to me. She always is available to answer questions and is always informing me of new homes that are for sale that I would be interested in. I can't say enough about her! I will definitely recommend Geri to anybody I know who is either selling or looking to buy a home.
