The house went on the market for less than 48 hours and I had multiple offers within that time that resulted in selling for 30k over asking. What a comfort it was to know that I chose the right real estate agent to help me through the sales process of my father's home in Wisconsin. I found Geri on her company website and reading through her Biography I knew she would be the perfect fit to help me with selling our family home. Being a real estate agent from the east coast, I had a feeling that she would give the same care to her clients that I do to mine. And I was right, she was absolutely the best agent. She was always there when I needed her, from our first initial meeting to the continued long distance updates and final closing of the home. She even stopped by the home to make sure it was looking show ready and to check on it after the offer all the way up to the closing day. We had the absolute BEST experience selling and buying our homes. We had lived in our home for 46 years and didn't have a clue to how to go about buying a home when we didn't want to be rush into a house because ours sold and now we had to find one fast. As anyone who has ever moved or purchased a property before knows, it can be a very challenging and stressful time. It is even more stressful and emotionally draining when you are selling a home that you built, raised your family in and created many wonderful memories. We chose to downsize to a smaller home with less upkeep. This was a decision in the making for the past three years. Luckily we had Geri along the way helping us through this process. One thing that is just exceptional about Geri, is that she is so calm and understanding and helps you through this life altering transition. She also is extremely responsive. When looking for a realtor to list our home I called several. Geri was the only realtor that actually talked to me and asked a lot of questions. That first phone call lasted at least 20 minutes and I knew then this was the realtor we would work with. She was genuinely excited to sell our home and find us a new home. She immediately went to work to find us a home and we went on a showing a few days later. She is a hard worker and always keeps you up-to-date with what is on the market, what's about to come on the market and doing showings.
