Geri is the Realtor everyone needs! My wife and I consider ourselves blessed to have had Geri represent us as both a Buyer's Agent, and Seller's Agent within the last few months. She has an outstanding work ethic. Her knowledge of market fluctuations within the greater Green Bay area, accommodation to our schedule and her radiant personality made our buying and selling process a worry free and enjoyable experience. Geri was made selling my home very easy. I am a very busy guy and she came in and was able to help me stage and point out areas that needed improvement/attention. The house went on the market for less than 48 hours and I had multiple offers within that time that resulted in selling for 30k over asking.
